RCA Business Impacts	1	This module introduces students to the concept how business is affected by RCA. Students will be introduced to the idea of "death by a thousand cuts" and what it means to be busy vs effective and how this translates to dollars. RCA Problem Definition	1	This module introduces students to the concept of properly defining a problem or series of problems. Students will be introduced to the idea that many issues are actually a series of problems amplifying each other rather than a single problem. RCA Methodologies	2	This module introduces students to various RCA methodologies including 5 Whys, Cause Effect, FMEA, Pareto Charts, Scatter Charts. Obstacles to Overcome	2	This module introduces students to the concept of various issues that often arise during an RCA including people challenges, skewed data or missing records. Students will learn how to build trust during the interview process and ensure that team members are not feeling and acting defensive. RCA Categories	2	This module introduces students to the concept of RCA categories. When conducting an RCA, it is useful to understand how typical root causes are organized and defined. Adam has a Master’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering which led him down a path of learning in the Defense, Energy, and Construction industries. It is this quest for knowledge that taught him that collaboration and the human condition were his passion and his calling.

Katelyn Bullock
P.ENG, RABQSA Certified

Katelyn is a Materials Engineer who fell in love with quality management systems. She has worked in the Construction and Energy industry where she built and oversaw quality systems and improvement programs.

These two colliding paths led to the co-founding of ENTA Solutions, a company dedicated to animating business culture and driving business success.

For the last eight years, Adam and Katelyn and their team have helped businesses unlock human potential and drive towards their vision. This Includes hundreds of hours in facilitating group workshops and teaching culture strategies to business leaders.
